How do I create my business account?

Click Sign Up in the top navigation, choose Business Account, and fill in your business details. You'll be up and running in less than 5 minutes.

Do I need any technical skills to use Grunba?

No. Grunba is designed for business owners with no technical background. If you can use email, you can use Grunba, and we provide step-by-step guides and video tutorials.

How long does setup take?

Basic setup takes 5–10 minutes. Add your business info, create your services and set your availability, and you can start accepting bookings immediately.

Can I import my existing client list?

Yes. You can bulk import clients via CSV file from your dashboard under Clients, then Import Clients. We support standard CSV formats from most booking systems.

How do clients book with me?

You get a unique booking page link (for example grunba.com/b/yourbusiness). Share it on social media or via messages, and clients can book 24/7 without you lifting a finger.

What happens when someone books?

You receive instant SMS and email notifications, the booking appears on your calendar immediately, and your client gets an automatic confirmation.

Can I block off time for breaks or holidays?

Yes. You have full control over your availability — block specific time slots, entire days, or date ranges for vacations, breaks or personal time.

Can clients reschedule their own appointments?

Yes, if you enable it. Clients can reschedule through their booking confirmation link and you'll be notified of the change.

How much does Grunba cost?

Grunba is from €9.99/month plus VAT for unlimited bookings and clients. Start with a free 14-day trial — no card needed.

Do you charge per booking?

No. Unlike other platforms, we don't take a cut of your bookings. One flat monthly fee gives you unlimited bookings and clients.

Can I manage multiple business locations?

Yes. Grunba supports multiple locations — each gets its own booking page and calendar, all managed from one dashboard.

Can I add staff members?

Yes. Add staff members with individual schedules and services. Clients can book with a specific staff member, and team members can log in to view their own schedules.

Do you send SMS reminders?

Yes. Automatic SMS reminders are sent before appointments to reduce no-shows, and you can customise when they're sent.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use bank-level encryption (SSL/TLS), store data securely on EU-based servers, and take data protection seriously.
